Custom/ Cup Store Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our cups, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each cup is handmade and created specifically for the customer, making every order unique. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell personalized items.
Please double-check all order details, including names, colors, sizing, and customization requests before submitting your order.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order caused by our shop, please contact us at niloucustoms@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work to resolve the issue.
Cups/ custom items can not be returned due to disliking the final results as all cups are made to order by customers request and during some social media live content.

CUSTOM CUP ORDERS
ALL CUSTOM CUPS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND MAY REQUIRE A LONG SHIPPING TIME THAT CAN GO BETWEEN 2-3 WEEKS. THIS IS DUE TO THE MAINTENANCE SNOWGLOBE / LAVA CUPS REQUIRE BEFORE SHIPPING TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY. WE ADD THIS EXTRA SHIPPING TIME TO GIVE OUR SMALL BUSINESS TIME TO WORK ON YOUR CUPS BEFORE THEY MAKE IT TO YOU. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TYPE OF CUP YOU ARE BUYING AND THE CARE THE CUP WILL NEED TO GUARANTEE LONGEVITY OF THE CUP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME CUPS MAY ARRIVE WITH A SMALL AIR BUBBLE WHICH CAN ACCURE IN TRANSIT. AIR BUBBLES WILL FORM OVER TIME AS WELL. Snowglobe cups are designed in a variety, such as lava, suspended, polycrylic and more. Please be aware of the type of design/ flow you are choosing and how the overall design will look once the cup is motionless. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
NON-CUSTOM POLICY
If item(s) comes damaged, please send a email to niloucustoms@gmail.com once order is received with a picture of damaged product. We will then discuss how to move forward with either exchange or return. Damaged items will need to be sent back once solution is reached.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
